Brenda Lovhaug, an Elementary and Early Childhood Education Graduate of Concordia University – St. Paul, started at LSELC in 1990. She accepted a call from Golden Valley Lutheran Church to be Director of the Early Learning Center in 2000 after serving as the Associate Director. Her tenure includes the successful opening and management of a childcare center at Bethlehem Lutheran Church. She also has previous experience at LSELC which include being a Lead Toddler Teacher, and a Lead Pre-Kindergarten Teacher. Brenda enjoys scrap-booking, genealogy, and spending time with her three grandchildren. She and her husband, David have three adult children and make their home in Brooklyn Park.
